Menaravisi Events Management (MEM) is the owner and organizer of the Serpong Warrior Challenge Run (SWCR), which includes all associated events such as the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10KM, 5KM, 8K Obstacle Run, Kids Obstacle Run, Sports & Leisure Expo, and all other related activities. The event will take place in Serpong from 3 to 5 October 2025.
By completing and submitting the online registration form (the “Form”), you (the individual named in the Form, hereinafter referred to as “You”) enter into a binding legal agreement (the “Agreement”) with MEM. By submitting the Form, you agree to participate in the SWCR, either for yourself or on behalf of a minor, and accept all terms outlined in this Agreement.
Application & Registration Process
MEM will not process Forms that are incomplete, unsigned, or unclear. MEM reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion, including due to unclear information.
If your registration is accepted, MEM will send a confirmation email to the address provided in the Form. You will then be assigned a race number, which grants the right to participate in the SWCR in accordance with this Agreement.
Race numbers must be collected from the designated registration center. Race numbers are non-transferable and must be worn during the event.
All costs related to your participation, including travel, accommodation, meals, and apparel, are your responsibility.
Registration fees are non-refundable, including in cases of no-shows or failure to complete the race.
Race Rules
You agree to comply with all SWCR rules, including but not limited to minimum age requirements, eligibility criteria, anti-doping regulations, and other relevant policies. Non-compliance may result in disqualification or other penalties.
You also agree to follow the race’s policies and runner code of conduct as published on the official SWCR website, including the Cut-Off Time Policy. MEM reserves the right to determine participant limits and may adjust the race format if needed for safety reasons. Events may be canceled if minimum participation numbers are not met.
All disputes regarding eligibility or race rules will be resolved by appointed race officials. Their decisions are final.
Venue Conditions
The term "Venue" includes all race areas, recovery zones, registration centers, expo sites, team zones, and areas designated for sponsors, food, and beverages.
MEM reserves the right to deny access to or remove any individual from the Venue if their behavior is deemed dangerous, disruptive, abusive, or offensive.
You are required to follow the instructions of MEM staff or Venue authorities regarding access and safety.
Risk Acknowledgment & Participant Conduct
By registering, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating. MEM bears no responsibility for any injuries, medical conditions, or death, whether directly or indirectly related to the event.
You understand that participation in the event carries inherent risks, including serious injury or death. You participate at your own risk, including if you are registering on behalf of a minor.
You are expected to conduct yourself in a safe and respectful manner at all times and will be held liable for any damage you cause.
Insurance & Medical Treatment
MEM does not provide accident or injury insurance. You are strongly advised to arrange personal insurance to cover any risks related to the event.
If you experience injury or a medical issue during the event, you authorize event medical personnel to administer necessary treatment. You will bear all associated medical costs.
Use of Images & Recordings
You may be photographed or recorded during the event. By participating, you grant MEM the right to use your image, voice, or likeness worldwide and without compensation.
You may not broadcast, sell, or distribute any footage of the event without MEM’s prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in the transfer of copyright to MEM.
Waiver of Liability & Indemnification
By participating, you agree to:
You agree to indemnify MEM for any loss or liability resulting from your actions during the event.
If you are registering another person (e.g., a child), you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
Privacy Statement
MEM is committed to protecting participants' privacy. Your personal data will be used solely for registration, event administration, medical care, and anonymous post-event reporting. You may request access to your data by emailing: info@warriorchallenge.id.
Unless you opt out, your name and race number may be included in the event’s live tracking application.
Cancellation & Changes
No refunds will be issued except where required by law. Registrations may be transferred to another individual or switched to another race category (subject to availability).
MEM reserves the right to disqualify or cancel your registration if you breach any term of this Agreement.
All dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
MEM may cancel the event due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances without compensation.
MEM is not liable for any losses incurred due to event cancellation or changes and has no ongoing legal obligations beyond this Agreement.
General Provisions
Lost race numbers must be reported immediately. Replacements may be issued at an additional cost.
MEM may choose not to enforce a provision without waiving its right to enforce it later.
This Agreement:
(a) is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia; and
(b) constitutes the entire agreement between you and MEM.
MEM reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the official SWCR website.
