Race Pack Collection (RPC)

Race Pack Collection will be held at:

Location: Uptown Park, Summarecon Mall Serpong

Date & Time:

• Friday, 3 October 2025 : 14:00 - 20:00 WIB
• Saturday, 4 October 2025 : 08:00 - 20:00 WIB

Collection Requirements:

1. Bring an original valid ID (KTP/Driver's License/Passport) matching the registered name.
2. MUST present the confirmation email containing the digital QR code for Race Pack Collection (RPC).
3. If the participant is unable to attend and authorizes someone else to collect the Race Pack, the representative MUST bring: An original Authorization Letter (without stamp duty, signed either physically or digitally), a copy/scan of both the participant's and representative's IDs, and the participant's RPC confirmation email (digital).
4. For collective Race Pack Collection, confirmation MUST be made at least 2 days before collection with the Admin (Alya - 081315405756) and an Authorization Letter must be provided.
5. Race Pack Collection (RPC) can ONLY be done at the designated time and location determined by the organizer.
6. Race Pack Collection (RPC) will NOT be available on Race Day (5 October 2025).
7. Race Packs cannot be collected outside the scheduled hours.
8. The contents of the Race Pack are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
9. Please check the contents of your Race Pack on-site at the time of collection.
10. Any complaints regarding Race Pack contents made after leaving the collection area will not be accommodated.

Collective Race Pack Collection

1. Collective Race Pack Collection (RPC) is only available for runners from corporate groups and running communities.
2. The appointed representative MUST confirm via WhatsApp with the Admin (Alya - 081315405756).
3. Each representative will receive a personal data form, which MUST be completed and returned to the Admin no later than 1 October 2025.
4. Upon collection, the representative MUST bring and present their original ID and a printed Authorization Letter.

Drop Bag Service

To ensure smooth and efficient service, only the Official Serpong Warrior Challenge Run 2025 Race Bag will be accepted at the Drop Bag counter. Please do not store valuables inside your bag.

Drop Bag Requirements:

1. Staff will only accept the red SWCR bag distributed during Race Pack Collection.
2. Other bags will NOT be accepted.
3. Prohibited items include hazardous materials (flammable substances, chemicals, sharp objects), perishable food, or valuables such as jewelry, gadgets (phones, tablets, cameras, etc.), important documents, and similar items.
4. Staff reserve the right to inspect bag contents if a violation or security concern is suspected.
5. Participants MUST keep the claim ticket and present it when retrieving their SWCR bag.
6. Drop Bag service will only be available during the designated operational hours: 04:00 - 11:00 WIB, 5 October 2025.
7. SWCR bags not collected within three (3) days will automatically be stored by staff.
8. If a participant loses their claim ticket, they MUST present an ID and undergo verification with staff.
9. Staff will handle SWCR bags with care.
10. Reports of lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours after bag retrieval. However, the staff and organizer will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage of items.
